At La Cubanita Cafe & More, LLC's, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Catering Services
1.1. For catering orders, cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled event date may be eligible for a full refund.
1.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event date may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.3. Refunds for catering services will be issued under the terms outlined in the catering contract or agreement signed by both parties.
2. Non-Refundable Items
2.1. Certain items, such as perishable food items or custom-made products, may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
2.2. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing a refund or exchange.
